- Return Policy: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will happily refund or exchange any unopened & unused items within 21 days of purchase. Caren Products will not accept any opened or used items. Original shipping fee will not be refunded. To return or exchange, please ship to Caren Products, LLC, attn: Customer Service, 3080 Northfield Place, Ste 106, Roswell GA 30076. Shipping back to our office is the responsibility of the customer. Please allow 10-14 business days to process the transaction.
- Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
- Our standard shipping carriers are UPS & USPS.
- Orders to Alaska and Hawaii take 6 to 8 business days. Must Call our office to place order.
- We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.
- Orders cannot be split and must be shipped to a single address.
